That town is Chicago, but photographer Matthew Sperzel aims to change things, scouring his city’s streets for the best looks. What he finds might shock fashion fans from New York, Tokyo, or London. His subjects all deftly use clothes to display their unique personalities, which never sacrifice style to make concessions to Chicago’s notoriously cold winter.
