One of the best ways to set the evening off in the right direction is selecting a cocktail that hits all the right notes. Something not too sweet, not too sour with just the right amount of kick. We have the perfect one for you, and it’s guaranteed to garner rave reviews. It’s called a “Fords 75” and it’s made with gin, fresh lemon juice, a dash of simple syrup with a finishing touch of sparkling rosé Champagne.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Fords Gin, 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 0.75 oz Simple Syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar – stirred until dissolved), 4 oz ice-cold sparkling rosé Champagne and a Lemon Twist for garnish.

Directions:

Add Fords Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and then strain into a champagne flute. To finish, top with ice-cold rosé Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
